Made from 60D polyester with 125 GSM weight and 58/60" width, this fabric features a TPU lamination that provides superior waterproofing, windproofing and tear resistance. The plain weave construction offers a smooth surface ideal for printing and lamination. Anti-pill performance ensures long-lasting appearance. Is TPU always better than PU?
No. The right route depends on product engineering, processing, flexibility, service conditions and budget.
Can TPU fabric be welded?
Compatible structures can be developed, but welding equipment, temperature, pressure and seam design must be tested on the final product.
How do we approve the laminate?
Use an agreed base cloth and evaluate adhesion, barrier performance, flexibility, ageing and the actual production process.
